1) Liberati di tutto quello che indossi più da almeno due anni!
2) Utilizza prodotti per la pulizia dei capi o dell'armadio stesso che abbiano ingredienti e fragranze naturali che ti facciano stare bene !!
3) Prenditi un pomeriggio o intera mattinata per farlo nel frattempo sgranocchia mandorle e nocciole ..sono uno spuntino idratante e fanno bene all'umore!!
4) Metti della musica sottofondo, la tua preferita!!
